| the body is reacting to microbs and bad bacteria in the intestinal system. those microbs, or whatever they are, feed of of carbs and iron. You need to stay on a low carb diet and dont take iron. I cured my self through a low carb diet, cipro, and regular moderate use of striaght vodka on the rocks with no sugar. The vodka I found out by accident is cleaning out the system, probably killing of the bad bacteria and microbs. All I know is it works! I told this to my doctor and he laughed and agreed that vodka can have some good remedies, but he cant promote its use, odviously cause hes a doctor, but he then tells me that if you rub vodka on a rash it will get rid of it. To many doctors I talk to just continue to go with the idea that its just an imune system problem, but I am living proof that what you put into your system can cure this disease. My regular doctor would sit in her office and argue with me that my diet has nothing to do with it, and I could eat whatever i wanted, and that it was my imune system. She would then pump me up on drugs that never worked and eventually I had my entire colon removed, and that didn't work. It was just by accident that I saw another doctor who put me on two different antibiotics, and told me to keep taking them. i dont think he realized what he was doing, maybe he was just preventing me from having an inffection after my surgery, but after about 4-6 weeks I started to noticed an improvement, so I went to my regular family doctor and told him I was improving, and because he is a good doctor with an open mind he gave me CIPRO, and I just kept taking it. After realizing what was helping me improve, I began to investigate more about my diet and what could be causing my problems and improvement. I read about the SC diet that many use to improve thier lives. It goes on the idea of a low carb diet, but say that you can still eat natural sugars cause they digest better. I found that diet didnt work for me because it didnt matter what sugar I ate, it caused a problem, so I just cut out all sugar, and carbs, and took CIPRO. After several months I notice small improvements, it was slow but gradual, to the point where I was cutting back on my cipro and only taking it on the weekends. Then one night I went to my brothers house and he wanted to get me drunk, and I told him I couldn't have anything with sugar in it, so he just gave me straight vodka on the rocks and I drank that all night and got pretty drunk. The next morning I woke with a hang over, but I noticed I wasnt having any inflamation, or problems with my insides. It was completely gone. So I stopped taking my cipro, and I would just drink some vodka every few days. It has taken years, but I have slowly improved. I am to the point now where I can almost eat and drink whatever I want. I only get small problems if I have too much dairy like milk or cheese. The doctors will disagree with me but what crohns disease sufferes have in them is something in their system, bacteria or microbs, that is causing thier imune system to react, and you have to fight it with what works to get rit of it. Antibiotic cipro, low carb diet, vodka to clean out the pipes, enemas to clean out the colon. |
